Clients include the NANA Regional Corporation and DOWL Engineers on approximately a year-long project establishing and developing economic planning with strategic land use planning.
 
Establishing and reviewing tribal judicial systems
Recent work include:  The Native Village of Kotzebue,  http://www.kotzebueira.org.  Under an ANA grant, the Native Village of Kotzebue, along with Patricia Paul, conducted Restorative Justice site visits to learn first hand about tribal judicial systems and their supporting programs.  Site visits were conducted in the summer of 2006 to the Pueblo of Acoma Tribal Court, Gila River Tribal Police Department, Tulalip Wellness and Healing Court; the Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations (Spokane, WA); and to the Lummi Tribal Court System.
 
 
Tribal mediation techniques for businesses and individuals who interact and negotiate with tribal governments and Alaska Native corporations.

Patricia was invited to become an Advisory Board Member in the fall of 2006 with the Native American Entrepreneurial Outreach Program (NAEOP) under Western Washington University's College of Business and Economics' Small Business Development Center (SBDC).  NAEOP is implementing new economic development initiatives, thanks to the support of an Economic Development Administration (EDA) grant.  NAEOP targets business startup, retension, and expansion efforts for North Puget Sound Indian Tribes.  The NAEOP focusses primarily onthe Nooksack, Lummi, Swinomish and Upper Skagit tribes.
